Supervision in coaching and mentoring is an exciting and emerging discipline that can contribute greatly to practitioners, individual clients, their organisations and our wider communities – yet many coaches and mentors go without regular supervision. We are interested in knowledge and in practice, in opportunities and in barriers, in relationships and in systems. Let’s explore together!
We welcome a broad community of practitioners, including the supervision-curious, coaches and mentors wanting to get the most from being supervised, supervisors in training, and established supervisors.
We aim to support effective, ethical and engaging supervision that adds value to people, organisations and the coaching and mentoring professions.

The group is coordinated by:
Mia O’Gorman – Mia is accredited by EMCC as a senior practitioner coach. Her approach to practice integrates relational, behavioural and psychological dimensions, including emotional intelligence, Transactional Analysis and vertical development. She is currently a freelance executive coach, supervisor and development consultant, working with leaders, organisation coaching teams and independent coaches. Mia is a tutor and assessor for an EMCC ESQA-awarded accredited diploma in coaching supervision, and volunteers as an accreditation mentor and assessor for EMCC Global.
