Thames Valley Network - Identity Update - ‘Who are you and why are you here?'

“People are fascinating.  Given the right environment, atmosphere and levels of challenge, people absolutely thrive.  I believe my job is to help deliver these elements. There’s nothing more satisfying than helping people find where ‘better’ might lie within and around them, putting the plans in place to make it happen and then celebrating progress when they succeed.”

Guest Speaker
Nic Brocklebank

Nic has worked individually as an external coach, facilitator and trainer; as part of an in-house team of organisation development business partners; and as team manager in a health club. More recently he’s been a part of the performance consultancy, EY Lane4, and runs his own consultancy business, Corporate Gardener.

Nic is accredited in the Insights Discovery and C-Me personality profiles, business coaching (EMCC and Middlesex University) and sports coaching (rugby and skiing), and he applies this knowledge in a variety of fields and industries for both individuals and teams.  His passion around talent development and performance extends outside of the workplace.  He tests athletes on behalf of UK Anti-Doping, runs a thriving bicycle repair service and is a keen participant in a number of sports.
