New director for EMCC UK

We’re delighted to welcome a new non-executive director onto the Board of EMCC UK. Elizabeth Reilly introduces herself here.

I’m excited to join EMCC UK’s board to help shape its future. I’m dedicated to challenging the status quo and the barriers that often limit us. As a newcomer, I offer a fresh perspective that can provide new insights into our organisation’s performance, strategy and culture.

With my experience as a Master Accredited Executive Coach, a non-executive director, and a board advisor, I bring a wealth of knowledge, especially in executive leadership, and a deep understanding of cultural and neurodiverse perspectives. This positions me well to offer unique contributions.

I look forward to tackling these challenges, and to fostering an open, inclusive culture encouraging curiosity and inspiration.
