Coretta is a qualified coach with over 25 years of experience, specialising in leadership and diversity and inclusion consultancy.

Coretta has an MSc in Leadership and Management from Warwick Business School, and advanced certifications in life coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and dyslexia workplace-based assessment.

Driven by a passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential, Coretta focuses on fostering resilience, self-belief, and empowerment. Whether they are personal or professional goals, Coretta is dedicated to guiding her clients toward becoming the best versions of themselves.

Coretta has initiated and led leadership programmes to increase the number of ethnic minorities in leadership positions.

Sarah Bailey is a member of the Senior Management Leadership Team at an HE Institution and has 19 years’ experience of creating and implementing student and staff mentoring programmes in higher education institutions in the UK and Southeast Asia.  As a practising and qualified coach and mentoring professional, Sarah has been privileged to witness how making coaching and mentoring more accessible can also help people from lower socio-economic backgrounds navigate the many barriers they face in society.

Sarah is passionately committed to offering a creative approach to further contribute to the professional development of coaches, mentors and supervisors in their valuable work of supporting people to bring about positive change in their lives. She believes that people are at the heart of all that we do, and she is dedicated to playing an active role in the further advancement of professional standards in our field.

Paul Heardman has been coaching since 2013. He has an MSc in coaching and behavioural change from Henley Business School. His masters research focused on compassion-based approaches in coaching.

Paul is an EMCC Global accredited coaching supervisor. He holds several postgraduate qualifications in coaching supervision. He has an MBA and a diploma in Jungian psychology, and has also trained in psychosynthesis and systemic constellations.

Paul writes a regular column on coaching supervision for Coaching at Work magazine. In 2023, Coaching at Work awarded Paul its prize for outstanding contribution to coaching and coaching supervision.

Paul’s professional background is in the UK public sector. He is a fluent German speaker, and has lived and worked internationally, including in Berlin and Brussels. He served on Munich Business School’s advisory board for five years.

Christopher McLaverty is a qualified executive coach, management consultant and educator. He is currently the interim CEO of a consulting firm specialising in diversity, equality and inclusion. He has held several senior positions, both as an HR practitioner and as a consultant. He has designed and led mentoring programmes for energy companies, banks and professional services firms.

As a coach, Christopher specialises in succession and career transition, building effective teams and conflict resolution. He also helps leaders create and lead effective cross-cultural teams and work environments. He is a mentor for MSc students completing their studies on organisation behaviour for a London-based university.

Christopher has a Masters in Coaching, Consulting and Change from INSEAD (2010), and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Pennsylvania (2017). His research into how senior executives approach ethical dilemmas has been published in the Harvard Business Review (2016).

Christopher is Irish and has worked for most of his career in the UK, with assignments in the USA, Guyana and Bahrain.

He is a Governor for the University of West London. Christopher originally trained as an ethnographer and anthropologist, and is a keen traveller and collector, with a passion for exploring the living cultures and archaeology of indigenous America.

Dr Benita Mayhead has been in the field of learning and development since the 1980s, beginning her career in human resources within large corporates. Today, she enjoys her role as an executive coach and coach supervisor, collaborating with mid to senior level leaders, teams and fellow coaches.

Benita has an MA and a professional doctorate in coaching and mentoring, both obtained from Oxford Brookes University. Her doctoral research focused on the ethics and duty of care of executive coaches. Her research has been published in various journals, and in 2023, Henley Business School honoured her with the Research Paper of the Year award for one of her contributions. She continues to write, and a book is underway.

Her two daughters, family and friends come first for Benita, as does keeping fit and well. Living in Surrey with her husband, she can be found out walking with her dogs, most often at sunrise.

David’s coaching experience began as a coachee in his role as Group Digital Director at the leisure group Merlin Entertainments, where he realised how transformative coaching can be to improve leadership skills and develop performance. This led to him pursuing a career in coaching, qualifying initially through EMCC and later gaining a Masters in Coaching at Birkbeck College, London.

He specialises in supporting early leaders who are less accustomed to the tricky dynamic of managing people while being managed at the same time. With a pedigree in digital technology and a love of coaching, the role of Director for Coaching and Mentoring Technologies at EMCC UK seems a natural fit, with no shortage of AI-shaped challenges to consider.

David’s interests include a diverse range of sports and hobbies from rugby and football to gardening and metal detecting, which is perhaps a reflection of his curiosity about the vastness of human potential.

Linbert has been helping organisations and individuals to transform themselves for more than 30 years. He is an international consultant specialising in inclusion, leadership, performance management, personal development and coaching. He has facilitated learning and development seminars and workshops in more than 20 countries, as well as across the UK.

Linbert is a trustee of the HEART Academies Trust and the Harpur Trust, a grant-making trust with responsibility for four independent schools. A former professional actor, international athlete, television presenter and CEO of a national not-for-profit organisation, Linbert has appeared in many documentary television and radio programmes, including two appearances on BBC Television’s Question Time.

A prolific public speaker, he is the author of The Diversity Pocket Book; How to Build a Multi-Ethnic Church; and How to Create Inclusive Environments. He has co-authored or contributed to a number of other publications.

Jason Rabinowitz has 25 years of experience in the coaching, leadership and organisational consulting field in a variety of international organisations.

Before breaking from corporate life for the second time, Jason was head of the Pine Street leadership development group at Goldman Sachs International, a role he took up after running his first consultancy business. Previously, he spent almost a decade as a leadership and organisational expert at the management consultancy McKinsey and Company, counselling senior leaders globally on transformational change; he also worked in leadership development for BP plc.

Jason works at three levels: coaching individuals, supporting teams, and on systemic and organizational issues, including culture and leadership. As an executive coach, Jason has worked with senior leaders internationally across a wide range of challenges. His approach is always to consider the whole person, including mental, physical and emotional needs, and their underlying purpose and meaning – but always pragmatically focusing on what is needed in the present moment.

Having worked in the world’s leading management consultancy and investment banking firms, he has first-hand experience of the unique characteristics of these organisations, and can relate to the challenges its leaders face, the exacting standards expected, and the intricacies of power and politics.

Jason supports leadership teams on their most pressing challenges, ensuring that they are aligned on purpose and direction, and that the team dynamics and processes support their mission. He enjoys helping teams step up into being true role models for their people, and always balances individual needs with those of the team, the organization and their broader stakeholders.

At a systemic level, Jason helps organizations understand how their current culture and leadership capability enable their strategy, what they truly stand for (purpose) and how to manage the complex human processes of change and transformation. This always requires a careful blend of soft and hard, IQ and EQ, planning and emergence, skills and personal courage.

Jason is married to Ann and lives in St Albans, and his two grown up sons live nearby. He is a keen runner, cyclist, cook, reader, cinema-goer and traveller, and spends as much time as possible in Spain!
